Cup and saucer
A Chinese porcelain cup and saucer with flowers lightly engraved in the glaze. Polychrome decoration, done in the Netherland (so-called 'Amsterdams bont') of a vase with flowers and insects. Espacially the peony and the yellow tulip are painted after examples of 'Chinese taste'.
China, Jing de zhen, painted in Holland, most likely in the city of Delft.
First half 18th century.
