Chinese vase
A cylindrical vase with a neck that consists out of a flat disc, a rounded knob and a widening opening.
Decorated in blue and white with a panel on each side; one painted with a vase with two peacock feathers (symbol of luck), two incense burners and Buddist symbols, the other side painted with a tree peony, a bird and a rock. The space between the panels has been decoreted (white in blue) with tree peonies (symbol for spring and luck).
China, Jin-de-zhen.
