Ghendi, ca 1600.

Very rare type of ghendi in the shape of a somewhat compressed ball.

The body decorated with three medallions with landscapes, in a back ground of scales and blossom of the lotus and prunus. The cylindrical neck decorated with floral medallions to a scale back ground, the rim of neck decorated with a "classic scroll". The half-sphere shaped spout decorated with flowers and Buddhist symbols.

1595-1610.
