Tile with portret of a woman

Dutch tile with a portrait of a lady wearing a millstone collar and padded shoulders in a diamond (portrayed in C.H. de Jonge, Nederlandse tegels, 1978, pic. 8e). In three majolica colours: blue, green and orange. The corners are decorated with a white palmet. In yellow clay. Two holes: upper-left corner and bottom-right corner. 13,7 x 13,7 x 1,8 cm; 1590-1620

Condition: chip from bottom-left corner. Small chip in upper-left corner. Vertical baking defect through the middle. The tile is not restored.
